Your new role

Senior Property Manager - An opportunity to work as part of the commercial asset management team assisting the principal property manager across all London property zones with all aspects of portfolio management. This critical role within the business will be accountable for the management of lease transactions, estates management, reviewing rates, leading negotiations and advising wider areas of the business on value added strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualification - ESSENTIAL (Applicants without this qualification will not be considered)

The preferred candidate will hold commercial asset management experience, the ability to formulate strategies with a strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law. A core understanding of healthcare assets will be helpful paired with strong personal skills / negotiation skills and a commercial outlook when delivering results.
