Permanent opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver integral healthcare capital projects in Yeovil

Your new company
As a Capital Project Manager you will be working for a wholly owned private company who are working in partnership with an NHS trust to provide a first class estates and facilities service, which includes the delivery of major capital improvement projects across a hospital estate.

Your new role
This new role will provide opportunity for you to take overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of major capital construction projects. As a Capital Project Manager you will chair project progress meetings and liaise with senior stakeholders in order to develop new and innovative projects. You will conduct feasibility studies before working in partnership with external consultants including architects, structural engineers and surveyors. As part of this busy role you will also have budgetary responsibility for your projects as well as managing project timelines.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate prior experience delivering projects within a complex stakeholder environment, working with project values over £10million.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a fantastic starting salary of between £50,000 - £55,000 alongside a healthy annual leave allowance and company pension scheme.
