Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Your new company

Our client, a large public sector organisation in the Glasgow region, are looking for an experienced PQS to join their team for an initial period of 3 months (with very high scope for extension).

Your new role

Your role in the Surveying team will be to provide the full range of QS duties & assist the existing team - with the main focus being centred on the organisation's housing team. Duties to include, but not limited to; Cost Reports, Valuations & Billing.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will be a PQS with 5+ years of professional experience - whether that be with a Public Sector Organisation or Consultancy. You will also be immediately available or with 1 weeks notice.
