Senior/Building Surveyor
Instead of commuting, wouldn’t you like to work locally in Brighton & Hove?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Building Surveyor to join our team. The in-house property team remain sustainable as we generate professional fees through the works we manage and continue to secure further commissions and programmes of planned maintenance work.
You will provide building surveying services, including full contract administration for individual planned maintenance projects. Strong technical knowledge and experience in preparation of specifications, drawings and contract documentation, contractor management on site, meeting strict deadlines and delivering within budget being essential. Ability to use AutoCAD would be an advantage.
You will hold a relevant professional qualification with appropriate experience, be a good team player, strong on Health and Safety, have a flexible approach, good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
