A central Derby based practice are looking to expand their close knit team. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist. The practice are forward-thinking and an ideas led practice. Their reputation as a practice is growing fast and they have a clear vision of where they would like to take the business.

Your new role

You will mostly be working on RIBA 4 packages, as this practice have many projects of varying size and sectors such as Commercial, Education, Refurbishment, Residential and Eco Design. There will be opportunities to work on other stages and potentially manage projects through the whole RIBA work stages. This practice believe in the longer term benefits of helping people develop to their full potential, by providing exposure to projects whilst also providing appropriate training, guidance and support where needed.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have recent and proven BIM (Revit or ArchiCAD) experience and must be capable of managing junior team members to direct work and manage resources. You will have good technical/constructional knowledge and you will be required to be a car owner with full UK license
