Electrical Contracts Manager - M&E Contractor - £45-55k + Car Allowance - Building Services - Northampton

Hays Building Services are currently working with a medium sized Northampton based M&E contractor who have an immediate vacancy for a full time Electrical Contracts/Project Manager. The role will require you to manage the day to day operations of Electrical installations across commercial, industrial, residential and distribution sectors. They work for a wide range of clients across the UK from end users to main contractors.


What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified to 17th Edition IEE Regulations
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project managers role. Experience delivering projects in the commercial, industrial, residential and distribution sectors.
• Experience with project design / estimating
• Procurement of labour and materials
• Testing & inspection
• On site management
• Client Facing
• Good practice of health & safety regulations
• Commercially aware - delivering projects on time and within budget
• Must live within a 45 minute commute of Northampton
