Senior Project Manager

Our client is a privately owned property company located in Knightsbridge. They are an active investor focusing on both the commercial and residential markets in London and the South East. There are currently several residential and commercial refurbishment and development projects within the portfolio and they are seeking to expand their capacity to deliver these and similar schemes. They are therefore seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to be involved in both commercial and residential-led projects and be able to add value to the business through effective management of major projects and developments.

You will ideally have four to five years' experience within a property company or project management firm; and come from a project management, cost consultant, construction or surveying background. You will also have had first-hand experience of various aspects of development projects. Competitive salary on offer.
