Your new company
You will work for a leading property developer, who have a strong market presence. They have completed successful projects within the leisure, mixed use, residential, and commercial sectors. They are a multimillion pound business that invest in their staff and work on high value, lucrative projects.

Your new role
You will work as a Development Manager, working on a long term project in South Yorkshire. The project you will work on has a value of £100 million, and sits within the commercial sector. You will work with the redevelopment of mixed use and leisure projects within this scheme, and will be based on site, ensuring that the development runs to the agreed costs and time scales. You will manage other consultants and contractors, to ensure the project is delivered with the best customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience within the development sector, and will have ran projects from inception to completion. You will be confident in project management, and have experience within commercial, leisure, mixed use or hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high value projects, due to the cost of the project they will be running for the client.
