Your new company
You will be working for a National Consultancy as Senior - Associate Director Level Commercial Surveyor this is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation which offers progression in the business. This organisation is going from strength to strength and is looking for a key member of the team with a view to them leading the commercial team soon, there are also potential plans to open a Leeds office in the near future, so this will also be an option for you in your progression within the business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for undertaking valuations on a wide variety of commercial properties along with Asset Management, rent reviews, lease renewals, L&T, Acquisitions & Disposals and some agency work. You will be involved in business development and have a client facing role. This role will lead to or involve people management dependant on level of entry in to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS qualified and have experience in analysis and identification of opportunities for new property acquisitions or of existing portfolios to drive performance through asset management initiatives, detailed reporting, future asset management, and asset allocation, property management and portfolio valuations.
