Hays have teamed up with a prominent Belfast consultancy in the search for a Project Manager following an extensive project win. Operating in Belfast and across the UK, this small practice provides Project management and Quantity Surveying services to both public sector bodies and private companies in Northern Ireland and London.

Your new role
As Project Manager you will be coordinating the work of cost managers and other consultants, as well as and managing a robust change control process.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you should possess a construction related degree and preferably a minimum of three years' experience working as a Project Manager. Ideally with construction consultancy experience, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong organisational capabilities. It is vital that the selected candidate has a professional and flexible approach to work to allow for further training and development.
