Winchester City Council is expanding its Estates Team. Winchester is a beautiful historic City and a wonderful place to live and work. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Building Surveyor who can work with the teams helping the City Council with the maintenance of its Corporate Property Portfolio of shops, stores, industrial units, offices, car parks and historic buildings.

You will be part of the Estates team working to the Corporate Property Surveyor managing and organising day to day repair works and carrying out small improvement works. You will also be providing support to the Corporate Property Surveyor delivering larger development and improvement works. Experience in dealing with repairs to Historic Buildings would be an advantageous.
