Assistant Project Manager

Rapidly growing City Centre consultancy is looking for up-and-coming Project Managers to join their team


Your new company
A nationally recognised consultancy of 120 staff that prides itself on providing a service full of promise and integrity to its well valued and long standing clients. With a portfolio of over 70 live projects being delivered from Manchester, they are in need of extra hands to enable further growth for the office.

Your new role
You will be a vital member of the team, managing your own building projects from their inception to completion. This will include dilapidations, refurbishments, new builds, maintenance projects and PM consultancy work. You'll consistently be out and about offering your expertise and ensuring the smooth runnings of all projects, their administration and associated contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a proven Project Manager with recent and demonstrable experience in the UK on any sector of construction. You'll have a likeminded approach to client and project management, and the ability to produce high quality work on time and within budget.
