Permanent Site Manager job, Residential new build, Affordable Housing, Privately owned company. £ Negotiable

Your new company
You will be working for a company who have a strong regional presence completing new build residential projects. The company work in both the private build and social housing sectors with sites ranging from smaller and large volume works. They are a company who have a focus on the consumer journey and strive to provide a high level of quality to all of their customers. Seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their ranks to cover sites in the Nottingham, Derbyshire and Chesterfield areas.


Your new role
You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager responsible for your region. You will be responsible for the overall build quality of the units completed. The role will include completing site inductions and health and safety toolbox talks, monitoring material levels and updating site paperwork. You will monitor performance against the build programme and ensure that all units comply with UK Building regulations.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in the residential new build sector. Particularly within volume or social housing projects. You will have demonstrated longevity in our career to date and present as an organised individual. You will possess CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
