Your new company
You will be working for an established main contractor who are based in Nottinghamshire. The company undertake roles in multiple sectors, specifically Education, Healthcare, MOD, Student Accommodation and Retail. Due to continued success in the market the organisation have secured a strong pipeline of work and require a Project Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects ranging in value and sector. However the upcoming projects will be in the region of £10 Million +. The position is a hands on role which will require both pre and post contract award experience. You will report directly in to the Commercial Manager and will take ownership of tasks such as; Sub contract liaison and ordering, final account and cost value reconciliations.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor who is capable of running high value design and build projects. You will ideally be Degree or HND qualified and have experience of working for a Main Contractor or Sub Contractor. You will be willing to travel to site as required and have excellent communication skills. A UK driving license is also essential.
