Regeneration Manager - 12m FTC

We are looking for an experienced Regeneration Manager to join us on a 12m FTC.

Haringey is a buzzing, diverse borough with a broad range of projects underway or already committed.

Regeneration is focused on two broad areas, Tottenham and Wood Green.

In both of our main regeneration areas, the council has a very strong partnership with the Mayor of London and Transport for London. Working through these partnerships, the council has been successful in securing substantial external funding from a variety of pots, both public and private, and has a large programme of confirmed projects moving into the delivery stage.

These projects include growth areas, estate regeneration, high streets, workspace, public realm along with a range of social and community projects.

In order to deliver this, we need an experienced and enthusiastic regeneration manager.

Your new role
You will have extensive experience of managing regeneration schemes on complex estates and will coordinate this programme of work, working closely with residents across all the estates. You will have a strong track record of successful engagement with residents, leaseholders, elected members, community groups and other stakeholders, building positive and productive working relationships.

You will bring significant experience of the Registered Provider development sector or equivalent and/or the private development sector, and have a strong understanding of estate regeneration, the London Housing market, the housing policy landscape, the challenges facing local authorities in housing, and the external funding sources available. You will have commissioned studies, managed contracts effectively and delivered large projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong track record of successful engagement with residents, leaseholders, elected members, community groups and other stakeholders building positive and productive working relationships.

Experience of taking regeneration projects forward from conception to delivery and experience of taking forward development sites.
