Architectural Assistant - Lincolnshire - Part I and Part II roles available - Multi-sector - Permanent


Hays Architecture are working closely with a growing architectural practice in Lincolnshire. The practice currently has offices across Lincolnshire where they have grown their capacity for a variety of exciting and design focused projects. The practice are renowned for their support of staff through their career development, mentoring through to receiving qualifications such as RIBA. They are currently undergoing refurbishments of this particular office ensuring it will be a modern, friendly working environment.

The company are looking to take on both a Part I and Part II Architectural Assistant. To be successful within the positions you will need to have a proficiency or confidence working on AutoCAD, a drive and enthusiasm to succeed and produce high quality work, as well as a desire to work on a variety of exciting projects. Previous residential or commercial project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the production of conceptual designs and working drawings, assisting architects in the running of projects from conceptual stages through to on site completion, collaborating with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and getting involved in the planning, flood risk assessments and topographical surveying side of projects.
