Senior Project Manager
Birmingham
An opportunity has arisen for an MRICS Chartered or Senior Project Manager to work as part of the Birmingham development and project consultancy team of this leading multidisciplinary construction & property consultancy to provide project management services to high end commercial clients.
The workload will include investor led refurbishment and added-value schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial asset classes typically ranging from £0.5m to £20m.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of key JCT contracts, including experience in contractual issues such as extension of time, loss and expense claims.
MRICS/APM qualified from a Building Surveying or technical background would be desirable.
