Permanent SM - Croydon - 30 apartments - Local Contractor - Immediate Need - Salary £neg

Your new company
An established House building Main contractor working across the South East London and Croydon area seek an experienced site manager to oversee a new build development of 30 apartments part Traditional Build and part Timber Frame in the Croydon area. Working in the new build residential sector they have grown from strength to strength over the past 30 years and now have 6 upcoming sites. Projects are a mixture of apartments and houses typically in the 15 - 50 unit size.

Your new role
You will be Site Manager (No.1) on the scheme reporting to a visiting Contracts manager. You will be responsible for all elements of the day to day running including sub contract management, H&S, weekly subcontractor meetings, daily site diary and monitoring of costs via the Qs.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need clear evidence of managing a similar type scheme from day 1, ideally an apartment scheme. experience of building for a housing association would be an advantage but not essential. 1st aid, cscs and SMSTS are essential.
