Project Manager Required

I am recruiting on behalf of a smaller bespoke company who are continuing to grow and enhance their reputation. New builds on homes, refurbs on homes and bespoke builds for new homes designs projects. Quite a niche client of mine who are now fast growing in the residential market. Now seeking a project manager to run a few new sites currently awarded on a bigger scale to keep up with demands, based in Southampton, Hampshire.


You will be a project manager expected to carry out the following: Control over own RAMS, method statements, health and safety, drawings, plans, solution finding and overall running of the projects liaising with the site teams. You will be expected to lead the project from start to finish and continue to build and develop with the client for other upcoming projects.


You will need SMSTS, first aid, Black or White CSCS cards for qualifications. Candidate must have extensive knowledge in residential projects and experience in being a proven project manager. This role will be reviewed very carefully to ensure correct candidate is chosen. You must have the right attitude to lead and ensure all regulations are met, importantly health and safety. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.


This role is on a temp to perm contract, starting temp for 3 months then perm if performance standards high. Temp rates ranging between £260-£280 per day depending on experience, then salary to go to perm to be discussed based on performance and experience.
