Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the property team of this market leading client side organisation. This a home based role and you will manage an estate of varying types of commercial properties, to ensure the property portfolio, structure, fabric and infrastructure is maintained throughout the region. You will project manage refurbishment and other property associated projects, ensure that properties are compliant to current legislation, co-ordinate a range of contractors to ensure timely, competitive and quality delivery of work.

It is likely that you will be from a building surveying background and will have experience in a multi-site estate management role, evidence of managing building projects on time, to required quality and within budget. Knowledge and experience of building related standards and practices; such as Building Regulations, RRO, DDA, Health & Safety, CDM, Asbestos and Legionella is essential.

Ideally you will be degree educated, with building related qualification e.g. surveying, construction or engineering, and will hold or be working towards membership of CIOB / RICS or relevant professional body. For more information please contact Alistair Carter.
