The College has an exciting opportunity available as they recruit to the post of Head of Estates and Health & Safety.
The role is responsible for the management of all aspects of the College’s estate and facility support activities including planned maintenance programmes, capital projects and all aspects of Health & Safety including emergency response.
Candidates will have a qualification in a relevant discipline and have a sound understanding of the legal and financial aspects of managing a large multi-site Estate along with experience of managing and delivering capital projects on time and within budgets.
The successful candidate is likely to have management level experience in a similar public/third sector organisation and will also have strong leadership skills and experience of managing a large diverse team.
The College is at an exciting stage of its development with several key capital projects in programme that the postholder will be significantly involved with.
