Repairs Surveyor required to join a large organisation based in Exeter

Your new company
As a Repairs Surveyor you will be joining a large organisation based in Exeter who are responsible for the day to day maintenance for social and affordable housing across the Exeter and Devon region.

Your new role
As a Repairs Surveyor you will be involved in a wide range of property maintenance related duties, these will range from initial inspection and surveying of defects, through to engaging with specialist contractors and managing repairs works closely to ensure they are completed on time and to the required budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within residential housing which will enable you to bring forwards your skills around working in partnership with tenants.

What you'll get in return
In return for securing your new interim role, you will receive a competitive rate of pay and a contract for an initial three months, which is likely to further extend past this point.
