The QS World Rankings place us in the top five UK Universities for Art & Design and Communication & Media Studies. Goldsmiths is also in the UK’s top 25 for the quality of our research, according to the Research Excellence Framework 2014 (based on research quality scores in the Times Higher Education subject rankings).

Reporting to the Financial Director, the Director of Estates and Facilities will be responsible for the delivery of a customer centred estates and facilities management service that play an integral role in supporting the University’s 2018 – 2023 strategic plan. You will take full responsibility for the development and management of the University’s Physical Environment and will inspire and manage our diverse team. The department spans the areas of capital development, estates operations, facilities management, commercial services and health and safety in addition to all elements of energy/sustainability.
