Bath Labourer CSCS card, Long term

You will be working for a small general builder who is located int the South West region. The project underway is a 4 bedroom flat renovation in the centre of Bath.It is a fantastic company with over 20 years experience in the sector.Being a family run business you will be required to hit the ground running whilst fitting well into the team. The site has not started as of yet, therefore you will be first to attend, whereby you will be working closely with the site manager but mostly be following set instructions and working independently.


Your new role

• You are required to be responsible for the upkeep of the site and ensuring health and safety standard are being met.
• The role includes you completing daily tasks set by the site manager whilst also using your own initiative to get jobs done.
• You will work with different trades on the project starting by clearing/demolition of the site at the start of the project through to the latter stages where you will assist trades on site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have a CSSC card with Full PPE ( personal, Protective, Equipment)
• Must be reliable and hard working showing initiative to work on your own.
• You will be responsible for looking after site, meaning you will be given your own key.
• Must have experience in labouring on site and being able to give reference to this.

What you'll get in return

• Your working hours will be flexible meaning you can choose to some extent what you are want to work However must be be hitting 38 hours minimum.
• 1-2 years work available
• Monday- Friday working days
