Building Surveyor - Bristol (Home Based)

Opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading firms of loss adjusters

Your new company
As a Building Surveyor, you will be joining a building consultancy who are able to offer a full range of specialist consultancy services, specifically into the insurance industry. These services include minor project management, defect analysis and project management of major loss construction work.

Your new role
You will be working in a hugely diverse Building Surveying role which will enable you to utilise your full skill-set within project delivery of restoration and improvement projects within both residential and commercial property. You will be responsible for initial inspection and analysis of damages, production of specifications & schedules of works, appointment and supervision of contractors and completion of works; all of this whilst managing expectations of your clients.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally hold a professional membership (MRICS) and have previous experience of managing and delivering projects as a Building Surveyor. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work independently and autonomously.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary of £50,000 which could be negotiated dependent on experience and qualifications. You'll also receive a competitive benefits package and will be provided with a phone and laptop allowing you to work remotely.
