My client, a leading construction and property consultancy with a strong presence across the breath of the UK in various service lines, is currently seeking to establish a Cost Management Division in London.
Their portfolio of clients is extensive and spans a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, defence, health, heritage, regeneration, industrial & manufacturing, leisure & arts, government agencies, residential, retail and transport & infrastructure.
With a strong Cost Management offering in other parts of the UK now is the right time for the business to invest in and support a Cost Management business in London.
A Director level Cost Manager is required to lead and build a team in the London market with the support of the UK Board. You will be responsible for developing your own team, income through your own existing Client networks, establishing new Clients and continuing to support and leverage off existing Clients’ of the business.
This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business, in consultation with the individual.
