Long Term Maintenance and Small Works Project Manager

The role

This is a key role to project manage elements of the Long Term Maintenance programme and other projects up to circa £5 million mostly relating to new build, alterations and refurbishments.  The post holder will manage teams of consultants and contractors and will take overall responsibility for establishing and controlling operational plans and budgets to achieve best value for money and meet customer expectations/ SLAs.

Salary range of £40,792 to £48,677.
