Site Manager Job - New Build Housing

Your new company
You will be working for a regional house builder on a new development in the Greater Manchester region.

Your new role
You will be number 1 on site, reporting into the contract manager. You will ensure the work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and with health and safety in mind at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualification You will have recent experience within the new build housing sector and be available to provide checkable references.

What you'll get in return
