An award winning venue based in Warwickshire are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to support their events team. Set over 50 acres of land, the venue space is one of the largest and most impressive venues in the region. This company participate in many charity activities throughout the year supporting national and local charities.
Your new role
As a Facilities Assistant you will prepare, re-set, service and re-dig event space for commercial events. You will deal with customer queries and take appropriate action as required.You will set up rooms as per the clients requirements across various sites. You will service events spaces at meal breaks and organise the delivery and collection of linen. You will report all maintenance issues to the manager in a timely manner. You will take reasonable care f your own health and safety and will ensure that others are not put at risk.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have similar experience and great customer service skills. You will have experience working to deadlines with a keen eye for detail. You will be proactive in your approach, be self-motivated and will have strong communication skills.
