Permanent Project Manager role, Nottinghamshire based Main Contractor, Multi Sector
Your new company
You will be working for an established privately owned main contractor who are based in Nottinghamshire. Due to continued success the company are on track to achieve successive growth. The organisation have become a market leader and have a high volume of work moving forward. As such they require an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will report directly into a roaming Contracts Manager, however you will oversee the day to day running of the site. You will manage Site Set up, inductions, health and safety, short term progress reports and labour/ plant resource. The position will require travel and lodge away, which will be covered by the company, for certain projects. This is a site based project role so you will have line management responsibilities for 4 staff and will be working on one Project at a time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Manager who has worked on projects of £10M + for main contractors. You will have experience of working on large steel frame structures in multiple sectors. You will also have SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS card.
