Contract Manager opportunity for an FM and Maintenance Contractor on a higher education contract
Your new company
Hays Facilities Management are working with a local growing Construction, Facilities Management and Maintenance contractor on a higher education contract in the Hampshire area. Contracts include local authority, schools, universities and commercial businesses.
Your new role
As the Contract Manager you will oversee planned and reactive fabric maintenance to a large higher education site in Hampshire. The building portfolio includes: offices, listed buildings and residential accommodation. As the operational lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for financial performance as well as ensuring client satisfaction is achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree/Diploma/HNC in construction or engineering discipline
- Previous experience in Facilities Management/Maintenance
- Background in a multi skilled environment (Desirable)
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent client facing skills
- Commercial Acumen
