My client is a well-respected and highly successful firm of chartered surveyors, which is looking to add an experienced Valuation Surveyor who are at the stage in their career where they are looking to progress in a role delivering high quality valuation advice. my client are considering Senior - Associate Director levels to join their valuation team in South Yorkshire.
Your new role
The Commercial Valuation Team focuses on a range of valuation across the commercial, Industrial, mixed use, development and residential sectors from building values ranging from £500k - £10m. This role provides a great opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career within a friendly approachable team and offers great potential for career development and progression.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a rating surveyor in this role, you will Be MRICS/FRICS qualified and ideally be a RICS Registered Valuer or hold the experience to obtain this status. Have the relevant and appropriate level of Valuation experience you will Develop relationships with relevant local and national professional organisations, businesses and institutions, with a view to winning new business, Hold strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills, have solid knowledge of the South Yorkshire commercial-property market Possess a strong drive for results and be highly proactive.
