A long established multidisciplinary contractor with over a 100 years of history covering Commercial Fit Out, Refurb, M&E and Maintenance. Supporting the London operational team across their London contracts. Your new role
Document Controller / Administrator As part of the London team you will be based in the Central London office, with a dual Doc Control & Administration responsibility.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Working on "Union Square" software.
Control and distribution of all data and documentation for contracts and site
Ensuring full compliance is met with the document control plan and relevant procedures
Maintaining the list of up to date controlled documents
Promote the use of document control and record management
General Administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience as a construction Document controller (and Construction Administration). Experience of "Union square" software (or similar). Ideally experience on projects up to and over £5M. Excellent MS Office skills: Word, Excel Powerpoint What you'll get in return
