Facilities Manager £40K with £7K car allowance + benefits

Your new role
You will be the Head of Facilities Management, with regional managers reporting to you directly. You will prioritise works that have been escalated, you will work with local and national contractors to ensure best value for money and you will manage and set the annual budget. You will monitor all aspects of health and safety, centralising data so it is easier to access and manage. You will provide valuable knowledge to your team and communicate efficiently with them.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need health and safety training, ideally NEBOSH or IOSH qualified. You will have experience managing multiple commercial sites, setting budgets and working with contractors. You will ideally have knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, such as lifts, escalators, air conditioning and sprinkler systems.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a car allowance of £7300, 26 days annual leave, and a company pension contribution of 8%.
