Bank Project Monitoring Surveyor to oversee high end developments - South West London £50-60K + benefits
Your new company
Your new company is a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in high end residential building projects providing surveying services to a host of high profile clients.
This company are well known for maintaining the highest possible level of quality, accuracy & customer service from inception through to completion of every project, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget and to the best standard.
You will be based at the Head Office along with the 70 person strong mixed workforce of surveyors, architects, project managers and Business Directors.
Your new role
You will be working alongside a well-established team of surveyors, reporting to one of the company directors.
Your role will be to ensure that your clients' projects are being handled properly and that all due diligence and requirements are up to standards.
You will be responsible for accurately estimating budgets for building projects & refurbishments, managing costs, budgets & adjustments from inception through to completion.
You will be overseeing the management of building projects on a financial level the site on behalf of key investors.
What you'll need to succeed
You don't have to have direct monitoring experience. We are looking for Chartered Surveyors (building, project or quantity) who are looking for an alternative career path within the building sector.
You must be MRICS and be able to manage key stakeholders. Knowledge of building regulations, costs and procedures will be essential.
Experience in contract administration and project based surveying work is ideal for this role.
