Small Architectural Design practice require Technician for jobrunning on residential projects.
Your new company
This small architecture design practice is located close to a small Cheshire town, and within easy access of the M6. They have been established for several years and have built up a reputation across the North of England for tacking residential projects - typically refurbishment and adaptation project work.
Your new role
You will be working as a job runner, and will be dealing with several small projects at any on time - taking a brief from clients, and producing drawing packs for planning and construction. You will be involved in all project stages, and this role will involve site visits and project management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience architectural technician or technologist, and ideally be MCIAT, AutoCAD skills are essential, as is a full UK driving licence and own car. You will have experience of good quality residential refurbishment projects, and will have good communication skills.
