A leading commercial construction consultancy, with offices across the UK and internationally, specialising in a number of sectors, predominantly focusing on education within Cambridge. This consultancy offers services within cost consultancy, due diligence & monitoring, risk management, development management, engineering cost management, legal support, contractual services and BIM. Your new role
You will be joining this consultancy, to take lead on their education projects, ensuring that costs are monitored, reducing risks, delivering projects efficiently, and dealing with contractors to ensure any and all issues are effectively dealt with.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have a professional qualification to either MRICS or MCIOB level (those without full membership will still be considered with relevant sector experience). You will have a good understanding of the Cambridge construction or property market, and ideally worked within the education sector. You will need to have experience and knowledge of providing project monitoring services. You will also have strong personal and client facing skills and demonstrate an excellent standard of customer care.
