The purpose of the Estate Manager is to advise during the development process, manage the property and its employees, overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of developer.
Represent the developer in a professional manner
Undertake regular inspections ensuring the building is clean and fully maintained
Liaise with resident directors and lessees
Create PPM and reactive maintenance plans
Prepare annual service charge budgets
Project manage major works in line with the section 20 landlord and tenants act
Line management of site staff
Manage on site contractors
Attending AGM's when necessary
Experience and skills:
Previous work on a single development or as a block manager
IRPM or BIFM qualified preferred
Excellent track record
