I am currently representing an international multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their consultancy team in South East London. Since being established in the mid 1900's, this consultancy has built up an impressive client portfolio across a wide range of sectors. With experienced teams who cover services such as cost management, project management, building surveying, architecture structural engineering etc they are able to offer "one stop shop" style service to their clients and as a result are continuing to organically grow year on year.
Your new role
Due to continuous growth within the London business, there is a strong demand for an experience MRICS Building Surveyor with a background in delivering both professional and projects based Building Surveying services. Predominantly you will be working within Central London, but you will occasionally be assisting the other regional offices to meet client demands and to streamline service delivery. You will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of client's properties. This will include work for our commercial, education, residential, leisure and health clients.
What you'll need to succeed
With the high demand that the London consultancy team are currently facing, you will need to have a strong background as a fully MRICS qualified Building Surveyor and competent in delivering bother professional and projects based Building Surveying instructions. The London team are all very self-motivated, ambitious and have a clear drive when it comes to providing the best possible service to their clients, these are some of the personality traits that they will be looking for when looking to appoint the next member of the Consultancy team.
