We are currently working with an established facilities management organisation, based in the London area. Having won several new high profile contracts, they are continuing to experience impressive growth. This leading organisation is going from strength to strength and is one of the fastest growing companies in its sector. An experienced M&E Engineer is required to join their highly skilled team.
Your new role
As an M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation of the building including PPM, Re-active works, remedial works and emergency response. As part of your role you will also liaise with the helpdesk on a daily basis. This is a static 4 on 4 off (days and nights) role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to hold a recognised Technical qualification as well as 17th Edition. You will also have previous experience working in a similar role within commercial sector. You will need excellent prioritisation, communication and problem solving skills and have the ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of the team.
