Freelance Site Manager Role. Inverness, 3 months, Refurbishment Experience Essential
Your new company
You will be working for a main contractor on a refurbishment project in the Inverness area on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Your new role
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction site. Your duties will include planning and organising all labour on site, managing and co-ordinating sub-contractors, maintaining high safety standards on site, carry out tool box talks, keep accurate site records and chair weekly site progress meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Site Manager with Current SMSTS, First Aid Certificate and CSCS Card. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be able to solve problems on site and manage sub-contractors effectively. It would be preferred if you have previous experience of working on a complex refurbishment process and have experience of dealing with Listed Buildings or Conservation Projects and have a passion for restoration.
