A Buildings Manager vacancy for a specialist housing developer covering Dorset and Hampshire

Hays Facilities Management are working with a recognised specialist housing developer with a wide coverage across the South coast, building and maintaining owner-occupied properties.
Your new role
As the Buildings Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance of all properties within the portfolio (18 sites) across Hampshire and Dorset. This will involve the agreement of all maintenance programs, costing and estimates. The Buildings Manager will also oversee Building Supervisors whilst carrying out repair work as well as liaising with sub-contractors and labour employees on site.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Maintenance Management
- Experience preparing Maintenance programs
- Excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Technical qualification in Building or Engineer (City & Guilds)
