Client Side - MRICS Building Surveyor
Property estate in London are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor with projects based experience

This organisation owns a multi-billion pound property estate in Central London across the residential, commercial and retail sector. They are London's main residential landlords, offering an unrivalled spread of rental properties varying in size from studio flats to large period townhouses.
Your new role
As an MRICS Building Surveyor, you will work within a small team of surveyors managing a range of developments and planned maintenance schemes including medical, office and residential projects for a highly regarded property company.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a proven track record of leading consultancy teams, identifying development opportunities, specification writing, undertaking the contract administration / project management to achieve a high standard of workmanship on a range of projects valuing between £250k and £3m. The role will include both project developments, refurbishment and planned maintenance schemes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A commercial approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare outline designs, cost plans and reporting development proposals.
- Sound background knowledge of building construction with experience of carrying out surveys and defects diagnosis on a range of property types including listed buildings.
