Your new role
You will be working within the Occupier Management Team based in their stunning Birmingham office. You will provide support to an Associate Director assisting with the management of a geographical portfolio for a number of corporate clients. You will also assist Senior Surveyors in the day to day property matters on a portfolio of around 600 properties, liaising with landlords on minor issues and escalating to Senior Surveyors when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of property management and knowledge of lease terms. You will have strong customer service skills and have the ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels. You will be able to prioritise your own work load, use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
