Your new role
As SHE Advisor, you will support the Head of SHE in the delivery of the company Safety, Health and Environmental strategy - promoting a positive and collaborative approach to improve behaviours and culture. You will also ensure that the company complies and adheres to all current legislation, policies and procedures.
This is a mobile role covering multiple (client) locations in Hampshire so a Full UK Driving Licence is required. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours).
What you'll need to succeed
You must have between 2-5 years' experience in providing SHE advice in construction and/or building maintenance sectors, holding a NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate as a minimum.
The company need an engaging person with strong training/mentoring experience as you will be expected to deliver internal courses on: Asbestos, Manual Handling, Working at Heights and Incident investigation etc.
