Client Side Estates Manager job in Warrington offering £40000 + car

You will be working for an established client side company in the retail sector. They are looking to appoint an Estates Surveyor to the Warrington office.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of retail parks and factories portfolio. You will Negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals. Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations. Day to day management of the operational portfolio. Manage the ancillary / sub-let portfolio. Assist in forecasting and budgeting of property related costs. Checking rents, rates, service charge and insurance invoices, ensuring that any anomalies are properly resolved. Undertake inspections and surveys and provide accurate, timely and concise reports. Update the Company's property database as required. From time to time assist with the processes and activities relating to other Group property transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in an estates surveyor role previously, ideally MRICS qualified and worked for a retailer. Or you will have experience managing a commercial portfolio. You will be managing leasehold property and out on the road about 1 / 2 days a week.
