Macdonald & Company has been instructed by a leader in their market; a business which is seeking an additional Commercial Property Negotiator to join the Leeds based team. Applicants will already have a background in property sales and/or lettings (either commercial, residential/estate agency). Similarly, you will be proficient in creating relationships with both buyers and sellers, having excellent verbal and written communication skills. Degree qualified preferable. The successful candidate will be comfortable in working under pressure and working to targets. The role will cover the wider Yorkshire region. Salary circa £22 - £28,000 + bonus & bens.
