Your new company
A Global Real Estate professional services team has an opportunity to recruit a corporate real estate coordinator to work within their Transaction Management team for their extensive property portfolio across EMEA.

Your new role
As the Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for lease advisory admin, preparing and completing business case documentation, linking systems, as well as running and managing team meetings. You will get involved in financials, helping prepare, review, analyse and interpret templates and projections.

What you'll need to succeed
This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to get your foot in the door of a global corporate company with the aim to put you through your APC and promote you into a Transaction Manager or Program Manager, as well as giving you invaluable experience and exposure to a corporate real estate portfolio. You will need to have an RICS accredited degree as well as good communication, organisation and collaborative working attitude.
