M&E Property Surveyor
A 12 month contract within the public sector working as an M&E Property Surveyor.
Your new company
This is a large organisation that is looking after over 500 assets. Working within the public sector on a range of projects, including schools, healthcare buildings and corporate buildings. This is a highly reputable organisation that will be able to offer challenges as well as build on your existing experience.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a wider asset team making sure that the building services assets are to the correct standards and condition. You will be leading the team, providing support, guidance and quality assurance during procurement of contractors and consultants. You will be the Mechanical and Electrical expert (Ideally Mechanical) providing the team with relevant support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or HNC/HND within mechanical or electrical engineering and be on track to become a chartered engineer. As this is a senior role you will be expected to be a motivating individual with good communication skills and leadership experience. Extensive experience working on medium and large size construction projects is essential.
