Property Manager required for an interim contract to manage a small portfolio of office and industrial properties in the North West.
You will be required to drive maximum efficiency from the estate, managing rental income, service charge budgets whilst ensuring health and safety legislation is being met.
You will be responsible for lettings, viewings, preparing heads of terms and dealing with solicitors instustions.
You will manage the property database, ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner and progress reports are produced.
You will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants and therefore communication skills are key to this role.
This full time position is on offer for a period of nine to twelve months.
